Machine Tool Bed

To address the requirements of high-speed movement, the main machine body is made of high-strength metal by welding and two failure treatments to ensure the accuracy, stability and high rigidity in long-term use;
The machine body is welded with an integral steel structure, which is annealed to remove stress, thus to greatly improve the stability and accuracy of the machine tool;
The integrated gantry design contributes to simple structure and convenient maintenance, suitable for high-precision and large-scale cutting of various thickness sheets.
It is dual use for cutting sheets and pipes.


Cross Beam

Made of aviation aluminum material, featuring light weight, good dynamic performance;
Adopting ultra-high pressure stretching technology and lightweight design, its weight is reduced by 30% compared to the cast aluminum beam, and its strength and rigidity are increased by more than 20%.

Laser Source

Adopts IPG, TRUMPF, Raycus, MAX photonics, RECI, BWT, etc.;
The fiber laser source has a high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and is equipped with an optimized second-generation fiber transmission system to achieve a more stable beam quality and a stronger anti-high reaction ability, ensuring a more stable and more precise cutting effect of thick plates;
Cut plates have narrow kerf and bright section.
