Machine Tool Bed

To address the requirements of high-speed movement, the main machine body is made of high-strength metal by welding and two failure treatments to ensure the accuracy, stability and high rigidity in long-term use;
The machine body is welded with an integral steel structure, which is annealed to remove stress, thus to greatly improve the stability and accuracy of the machine tool;
The integrated gantry design contributes to simple structure and convenient maintenance, suitable for high-precision and large-scale cutting of various thickness sheets.

 
 

Cross Beam

Made of aviation aluminum material, featuring light weight, good dynamic performance;
Adopting ultra-high pressure stretching technology and lightweight design, its weight is reduced by 30% compared to the cast aluminum beam, and its strength and rigidity are increased by more than 20%.

Wireless Controller

It is controlled with a wireless controller, which makes the operation more simple and efficient;

Laser Source

Adopts IPG, TRUMPF, Raycus, MAX photonics, RECI and BWT;
The fiber laser source has a high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and is equipped with an optimized second-generation fiber transmission system to achieve a more stable beam quality and a stronger anti-high reaction ability, ensuring a more stable and more precise cutting effect of thick plates;
Cut plates have narrow kerf and bright section.

 
 

Cutting Head

Automatic focusing; the user can set continuous focusing through the program to complete the rapid perforation of thick plates and automatic cutting of plates with different thicknesses and materials;
Cartridge design of protective lens, convenient for replacement.

Servo motor and driver

Equipped with Yaskawa, Inovance, Fuji, LEAD-MOTION servo motor and driver, featuring high precision, high speed, large torque, large inertia, stable and durable performance, thus ensuring the high speed and acceleration of the whole machine.
It is equipped with the electrical components and servo drivers of first-line brands, such as Schneider, SMC and LEAD-MOTION to ensure that the machine is stable, reliable and responsive in operation.
